The direct answer

Vietnam does not maintain a list of banned peptides. The list that does exist is narrow, and what actually governs these materials is a registration requirement rather than a prohibition.

The prohibited list
Vietnam's list of drugs and drug materials prohibited from import and manufacture is Appendix V to Decree 163/2025/ND-CP, in force since 1 July 2025. It contains narcotics, precursors and withdrawn medicines. No peptide named on this site appears in it.
The rule that applies instead
The Law on Pharmacy No. 105/2016/QH13, Article 6(5)(e), prohibits trading in drugs and drug materials not yet permitted for circulation. Article 6(5)(c) is the separate limb covering the prohibited list above. These are two different provisions, and online summaries frequently merge them into one.
What has changed
The Law on Pharmacy has not been replaced: the consolidated text 76/VBHN-VPQH shows Law 105/2016/QH13 still in force, amended by Law 44/2024/QH15. The implementing decrees have been replaced: Decree 54/2017/ND-CP by Decree 163/2025/ND-CP, and Circular 20/2017/TT-BYT by Circular 31/2025/TT-BYT.
