Delivery timing.
Once the exact item, availability, final VND amount and address are confirmed in writing, door delivery in Da Nang is completed within 20 minutes. Orders for every other destination in Vietnam are delivered within 2 days. Send a reachable phone number and hotel, building or reception details where relevant.
Before dispatch.
Keep the original order conversation. It records the exact product, format, quantity, address, final amount and delivery arrangement. Any delivery charge, where applicable, is included in that written confirmation before payment.
If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect.
Reply in the original Telegram or Facebook thread within 24 hours of receipt. Include the order details plus clear photos of the outer parcel, label and item. We review the evidence and, when the issue is confirmed, arrange a replacement at no extra delivery charge or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Returns for an unopened item.
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receipt for an unopened, unused item with its original intact packaging and label. Please obtain written return approval before sending anything back. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return delivery cost; after the returned item is received and checked, the full item price is refunded within 2 business days by the method agreed in the original conversation.
Items we cannot accept back.
We cannot accept opened, used, unsealed, altered or incomplete items, or returns sent without prior written approval. These limits do not remove the separate process above for a confirmed damaged, missing or incorrect order.
