Da Nang dispatch may be same-day when stock and route are available. Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Nha Trang, Hoi An, Phu Quoc, Vung Tau and other Vietnam cities are confirmed case by case in Telegram.
Returns.
Because research-use materials are sensitive, returns are not handled through an automated website checkout. If an order issue occurs, contact the manager in Telegram with photos and order details so the case can be reviewed.
Damaged or incorrect items.
Report any issue as soon as possible in Telegram. The manager may request photos, delivery details and product information to check the order.
