Reconstitution calculator · CJC-1295 DAC
CJC-1295 DAC reconstitution calculator.
Work out the concentration of a reconstituted CJC-1295 DAC vial. Presets match the 5 mg format we stock, and the reference table below is calculated for those exact vials. Research use only.
This tool reports concentration only. It is not dosing guidance, and nothing here is for human use.
CJC-1295 DAC concentration reference table
Every combination of the CJC-1295 DAC vial sizes we stock and the bacteriostatic water volumes people most often add.
| Vial | BAC water | Concentration | Per 100 µL aliquot |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 1 ml | 5 mg/ml | 0.5 mg (500 mcg) |
| 5 mg | 2 ml | 2.5 mg/ml | 0.25 mg (250 mcg) |
| 5 mg | 3 ml | 1.667 mg/ml | 0.167 mg (167 mcg) |
| 5 mg | 5 ml | 1 mg/ml | 0.1 mg (100 mcg) |
How the calculation works
Concentration is the mass of peptide divided by the volume of solvent. A vial holding 5 mg reconstituted with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water gives 2.5 mg/ml, so a 100 µL aliquot contains 0.25 mg. The powder itself adds no meaningful volume at these masses, which is why the water volume alone sets the concentration.
Handling in the Vietnamese climate
Sealed lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature in transit, which is why the material ships dry rather than cold. Once reconstituted, the solution is kept refrigerated and shielded from light. Bacteriostatic water is the usual solvent because the benzyl alcohol in it lets a vial be entered more than once.
What is CJC-1295 DAC?
A long-acting GHRH analogue engineered for extended albumin association.
CJC-1295 DAC is a modified growth hormone-releasing hormone analogue. Its Drug Affinity Complex is designed to form a covalent bond with circulating albumin, extending exposure compared with short-acting GHRH analogues. A randomized primary study evaluated its pharmacokinetic and endocrine signalling profile in healthy adults.
The DAC form is not interchangeable with CJC-1295 without DAC. The catalogue keeps the two materials separate because their structures and exposure profiles are different.

Common questions
Is CJC-1295 DAC the same as CJC-1295 without DAC?
No. The DAC modification changes albumin association and exposure, so VietPeptide lists them as separate research materials.
What does the published work measure?
The primary study reports pharmacokinetics and changes in GH and IGF-I signalling. It does not turn a vial format into a use regimen.
How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a CJC-1295 DAC vial?
There is no single correct volume. The water volume sets the concentration: more water gives a weaker solution and a larger aliquot for the same mass. Common choices are 1 to 5 ml. Enter your vial size above to see what each volume produces for 5 mg.
What concentration does a CJC-1295 DAC vial give?
It depends entirely on the solvent volume. The reference table above lists every combination of the 5 mg vial format and 1, 2, 3 and 5 ml of bacteriostatic water.
Does the powder change the final volume?
Not measurably at these masses. A few milligrams of lyophilized peptide occupies a negligible volume, so the bacteriostatic water you add is effectively the final volume.
Can I use normal water or saline instead?
Bacteriostatic water is the standard solvent for multi-entry vials because it contains a preservative. Sterile water and saline have no preservative, so they are single-entry solvents.
